Return Request
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days. The product must be in like-new condition, including original packaging and accessories. Items missing parts or damaged by the customer may be charged a restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refunded. If the item is defective or damaged by no fault of the customer, we will return or exchange the item as needed. Please fill out the form below. In the "Question/Comment" Section, please describe the reason for the return request and any important information. We will send you a return authorization form to include with you package for return.
